No nation, society or church has ever advanced beyond the levels of the their youth's involvement, capacity and enthusiasm. Every young person must find his/her niche and thrive to the uttermost in it, whichever context that maybe.

Employment is just one of the many niche we can thrive in but it's not the ONLY one. As youths we have been endowed with diverse gifts. This is why just one formal field of training isn't going to cut it. What about the skills-based and entrepreneural ventures? Music, agribusiness, art and design, supply, writing, ...

Youths, let's shake off the discouragement from missed opportunities and seek to grow new wings to fly. We have abilities to innovate and create. The employment ventures we are fainting as we rush for them once didn't exist. Some people had to believe in their viability and risk to venture out. Get into the game. Opportunities are all over in your environment, you just have to broaden your preferences. If you are looking for sun, there is only ONE.
